The original and the best progressive surf weekend.

Bens Surf Clinic was set up in 2004 years ago when there was no surf lessons beyond the basic beginner lessons. It has gone from strength to strength, as people have realised that getting quality coaching helps them enjoy their surfing more, no matter what level they are at.

The Weekend Surf Clinic consits of:

Four water sessions

Theory class (wave forecasting, positioning reading waves etc)

Courses are graded to ensure you are surfing with people of roughly the same level.

Equipment check (we provide boards if needs be)

Reviews after each session

Leave with improvement goal card and direction to develop your surfing on your own

Benifits of Clinic:

Be coached by only active Level 3 coach in Clare with 15 years experience

Courses run all day Saturday and till around 1pm on the Sunday depending on tides etc. having a full weekend courses are porgressive as you have time to develop skills.

Any basic errors are focused on and quickly fixed giving time to develop new skills.

Theory helps you improve your wave count (more waves=more fun)

Goal card helps you keep a focus on your surfing when out on your own

A chance to try different boards before you buy

We finish with a coffee / tea and a review of what has been learned and whats the next step.
