Ben Instructing

Although he loves surfing, instructing others and introducing them to the waves has been what he enjoys the most.

He has instructed in schools in Mayo, Donegal, and Clare, giving him a good working knowledge of many of the surf breaks on Irelands West coast. While recently completing the joint I.S.A. / Australian Surf Associations Level 3 course Ben trained for more technically challenging surf coaching.

He gained invaluable experience and a belief that all surfers could benefit from some form of coaching while working with Mike (Irish Champion 2005) and Nicole (B.S.A. Champion 2005) Morgan. He currently surfs around the Clare coast working on his own surfing.
